KOBI production runtime is now:

• kobi-ai: UI + BFF ingress + Canvas APIs + file ingestion (upload -> OCR -> embed)
• kobi-agent-service: LangGraph runtime + retrieval + MCP/tools + HITL orchestration

Canvas is persisted through BFF-only APIs and engine changes are applied via validated mutation intents.
