1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Description of the Service

KOBI AI is an AI workspace that provides AI agents, an infinite canvas, and knowledge tools. The Service is currently offered in beta and may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.

3. Google account and third-party services

If you connect your Google account, your use of Google data through the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy and to Google’s terms. You can revoke KOBI's access at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions. We are not responsible for third-party services you connect.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service except as permitted by law.
• Upload content that infringes others’ rights or violates applicable law.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you provide.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by VeriSci and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

7. AI output

AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying output before relying on it. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice.

8. Fees and subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms will be presented before you purchase. During the beta period, features and pricing may change.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeriSci will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
