Frequently asked

Any size limit on the company?

No · solo founders · 2-5 person teams · or mid-sized orgs all welcome. You just need a real project to test on, and a decision-maker accountable for the pilot.

Language of the pilot?

Primary is Thai · but EN works too — you can fill the form in EN, and 1:1 calls can be in EN. Pick whichever you're fluent in.

Is my data safe?

Used only inside the founder team · not sold or shared · quotes for public use require separate consent at the Exit survey · data deletable on request (PDPA/GDPR).

What if I'm not selected?

Nothing lost · we email everyone within 5 days · those not selected are first in line for the next cohort and soft-launch early access. KOBI Free is available in the meantime.

What if I have to drop out mid-pilot?

No penalty · just tell us. If you used it ≥2 weeks and completed the Exit survey, the Lifetime grant still applies.

How long is the form open?

Until we get 60–100 applications · usually about 7 days after launch. Apply sooner rather than later.
